Renee is currently a graduate student at Syracuse University School of Information Science and works as a circulation assistant in a public library. After almost a decade working as an outdoor educator with students pre-K through grade 12, Renee is excited to bring her knowledge and passion to youth services after she graduates. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Maine woods with her retired sled dogs, tending to her gardens, and painting.
Kristin Nalbone
Kristin is currently a graduate student at Syracuse University School of Library and Information Science and a stay at home parent. Before deciding to stay home with her two kids, Kristin worked for over a decade as the manager of her family’s hardware store. Kristin really misses working in customer service and loves working with children–something she discovered while working part time in a daycare and as a substitute preschool teacher. She is really looking forward to her future career in youth services librarianship after she graduates. In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and dog, hiking, reading, and gardening.
